- Parasect(JP) is a species of Pokémon in the series of the same name. It is a dual-type Bug/Grass Pokémon that made its first appearance in the first generation games Red and Blue.
- Parasect ressemble à un crabe portant un champignon sur le dos.
- A black bat monster. Before Catatron was created, Dregon's minions tried their new invention on an ordinary vampire bat, turning it into a monster. Parasect had small-but-long bat wings for ears that covered its head (unless he's flying), and had an eye on each hand much like Destructosphere. Parasect could extend its fingers to form wings. Its name is taken from the Bandai America toyline.
- Su nombre proviene de parásito (en referencia al hongo parásito de su espalda) y de la palabra inglesa insect (insecto).
- Parasect is completely under the control of... a mushroom.
- Parasect (Japanese: パラセクト Parasect) is a dual-type Bug/Grass Pokémon. It evolves from Paras starting at level 24.
- Parasect is an orange, insectoid Pokémon that has been completely overtaken by the parasitic mushroom on its back. It has a small head with pure white eyes and a segmented body that is mostly hidden by the mushroom. It has three pairs of legs, with the foremost pair forming large pincers. The fungus growing on its back has a large red cap with yellow spots throughout.
- Parasect's growth has been stunted by the mushroom that has resided on its back since birth. The mushrooms sink their spores into the host's brain, giving the parasitic mushroom total control over the Paras. Due to being possessed for so long, the eyes have whited out and the mushroom has drained almost all of the Parasect's life force, which gives the mushrooms the energy to grow into a gross exaggeration of its former size. This information was almost disregarded until it was observed that Mt. Moon, the home to Paras, was also the home to the alien race of Clefairy.
