Britain and France are terrified. Germany was now red, and the Marxist Revolution looked to be spreading. Soon the German declaration of rebuilding the army and re-militarizing the Rhineland, made within weeks of each other with support from the Soviet Union, drives the democracies to panic, and the realization that they need to do something.
