| - Devil's Island is a song by Megadeth {| class="collapsible collapsed" style="width: 100%; text-align: center;"
- Devil's Island was a huge traffic island in the middle of a vast inter-city highway complex in Mega-City One. Criminals who committed serious crimes would be placed there as it was surrounded by computer-controlled lorries which travelled past at 200 miles an hour, day and night. In 2099, the judge-killer Whitey was marooned there by Judge Dredd.
- Devil's Island was a longstanding French penal colony off the coast of French Guiana (from 1852-1952) infamous for its brutal conditions and the short life spans of its convicts. By 3004, it had apparently become a semi-autonomous state and was allowed to field a team to the Olympic Games.
- Devil's Island was an infamous prison. Frenchman Alfred Dreyfus was incarcerated at Devil's Island at the end of the 19th century in what became known as the Dreyfus Affair when he was wrongly convicted of being a spy for being Jewish.
- Devil's Island is an inescapable prison in Mega-City One, first appearing in Prog 2.
- The penal colony at Devil's Island, where Alfred Dreyfus had been falsely imprisoned, was no longer operative. But the French had other ways of letting Jews know they weren't popular. Jacob Dreyfus, conscious of his ancestor's misfortune, had always known this, and was not surprised when he was stuck with the most dangerous assignment that was puzzling the police force.
- Devil's Island was the ninth episode (out of 30) produced and released for The Time Tunnel.
- Devil's Island was an island off the coast of northeastern South America, in the North Atlantic Ocean. The island was the location of a penal settlement in the 19th and 20th centuries. In 2266, Dr. Tristan Adams welcomed Dr. Helen Noel to the Tantalus Colony by joking, "Welcome to 'Devil's Island,' doctor." (TOS: "Dagger of the Mind" )
