Casey Jones is a hockey-masked vigilante who fights crime at night. He is one of the few friends of the Turtles. His family was killed by the Foot and he seeks revenge against them. Very ill-tempered, but has grown up gradually since meeting Raphael. He has feeling for April O'Neil but somehow never seems to get things right with her. He appears in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Game Boy Advance) during Raphael's chapter which adapts Meet Casey Jones. Raphael must beat Casey in a motorcycle race with the Shell Cycle, and then Casey becomes an assist character for the last part of the chapter.

Casey Jones is also present in the console version of the first game as a boss that can only be encountered when playing as Raphael. Defeating Casey Jones unlocks him as a playable character. Casey Jones appeared once more as an unlockable playable character in the console version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Battle Nexus. He also appears in the game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: Mutant Nightmare. He is a playable character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Melee and the Wii/PS2 fighting game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Smash-Up.
