- Williamsport is a town of about 30,000 people in northern Pennsylvania, United States. The Wayne based New Jersey Outlaws announced they were moving to Williamsport for the 2012-2013 FHL season and would play at Bowman Field, an outdoor baseball stadium and home of the Williamsport Crosscutters of the New York-Penn League. The plan was to play at Bowman Field until an arena could be built. The ice facility was called Airmen Pond. The rink was a slightly narrower then normal 80' x 200' and ran along the first base line. From viewing a picture on the Bowman Field Wikipedia page the narrowness was caused by the location of the pitcher's mound on the field. The facility was scheduled to host the Federal Hockey League All-Star game on January 2, 2013.
