During the qualifiers with Juventus, in the Calcio Festa 94 tournament, while not playing full match, Signori manages to easily score against Ken Wakashimazu, eventually diminishing Kojiro Hyuga's pride and humiliating him. At the finals of the Serie A tournament against US Lecce, although with superb skills and techniques, Signori was unable to scored nonetheless as Tsubasa Ozora has seen through his weakness of not passing the ball, resulting in Parma losing the game due to Signori unable to fulfill his duty as a game maker who connects the whole team together. During the World Tournament arc, in the match against Japan, Signori is used as a forward due to his attacking capabilities, while Carlos Santana is benched. However, during half time, he was taken of the lineup due to his habits of disregarding his teammates. Thus, Santana replaces him. Still, Brazil loses. However, by watching Santana utilizing teamwork to put the team in a good shape, Signori finally understands the importance of team play.
