The inhabitants of the planet are a primitive people, humanoid in appearance. Although appearing naked and hairless, they used a body paint which hardened into a second skin when it dried. They were communal in nature, living in rounded mud huts, but did not use any form of verbal communication. They did, however, create vocal noises and a form of harmonious song. When the Dakara superweapon was used to destroy the Replicators, this was one of the planets shown to have their Stargate activated. (SG1: "Reckoning, Part 2")

SG-1 found that the inhabitants had a symbiotic relationship with a white plant that grew on the planet. The plants appeared as groups of white bulbs near the ground when fully retracted, but could extend themselves several feet above the ground with the bulbs opening to display pink flowers. The plants were connected under the soil and produced a low-frequency sound which was inaudible to Humans, but necessary for the inhabitants to survive. When threatened or damaged, the plants produced a different sound which was harmful to the inhabitants and could also affect Humans, causing Humans like Colonel Jack O'Neill and Daniel Jackson to suffer painful headaches that disappeared once they returned to Earth. (SG1: "One False Step") When the Dakara superweapon was used to destroy the Replicators, this was one of the planets shown to have their Stargate activated. (SG1: "Reckoning, Part 2")
