Alex Tanney (born November 11, 1987) is an American football quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs. He was the starting quarterback for the Monmouth College Fighting Scots. He is widely considered to be one of the best Division III quarterbacks of all-time. Tanney is known for making a montage video showing trick football throws that went viral. On October 29, 2011, in a game against Carroll University, Tanney set the NCAA record for all-time career touchdown passes.
