Gornyak Uralica is Uralica's fourth-largest company, behind Bolak Corp., UralTek, and NeoSeverstal. It also ranks second behind Bolak Corp. amongst corporations whose largest sector is the mining and metallurgy of Uralican metals, most notably iron, silver, and ferrochrome. It was founded in 2008 as a spinoff company of Bolak Corp., and owns several mining operations in the Ural Mountains and in the mineral-rich northern countryside. As with most other Uralican mining companies, iron makes up the bulk of the mining.
