He also loves to play the triangle, which for him consists of playing a recorded musical piece, striking the triangle once, and then wildly dancing to the recording. His catchphrases include "totally decent" and "I must say." Ed Grimley (played by Short) appeared with Henry (played by Billy Crystal) in a 1980's Sesame Street sketch on how to dry Ed's shirt on a clothesline (a clip can be seen in Stars and Street Forever!). A more elaborate Grimley showcase, and the last known TV appearance of the character, occurred in Muppets Tonight episode 110. In a sketch, Ed learns he must marry in order to inherit his Uncle Balfour's fortune ($85 in Canadian money). He quickly marries his neighbor Miss Piggy in a ceremony conducted by Moby, his pet fish (and a sea captain).
