The game was meant to replace an older, bad fangame, and had been first released April 25th 2015 on GameJolt. FNaWC was the first game by RedLeopardGames made using Clickteam Fusion 2.5. While the game may have been somewhat considered somewhat of a remake, it really has little to no connection with the first unmentionable fangame, other than a couple of the same animatronics appearing - Rex, Wesley and Time. This game will not be used commercially or for any profit.

The game is a reboot of a recent fangame, therefore is currently under development by RedLeopardNyro and will most likely be released sometime this May 2015. Unlike the previous version, the reboot will be made in Clickteam Fusion 2.5 Pro rather than Game Maker 8.1 Lite. The game will also only include material made by the developer, RedLeopardNyro. While this game was considered a "reboot" of the last one, it contains little to no relation with it. One similarity however is that both Wesley and Rex reoccur.
