This is a list of the possible items that go into a Extraction Lab and the various products that are returned. So you got your nice new extractor and you are ready to go. Here you find all the spoilers if you don't want to experiment THAT much. If you try to extract something that should be extractable (fruit, seeds, ground tiles... as opposed to processed goods: panels, bricks, armor...) and it isn't, be sure to post the offender on this page. These materials have their own lists on their respective wiki pages:

The data on this list is extracted from source files on 2015-12-31, and should be correct at that time. Updates may of course invalidate it. Biomes information is not currently included, but hopefully I'll get around to adding that one of these days. These materials have their own lists on their respective wiki pages:
* Genetic Material
* Nutrient Paste
* Tissue Culture
* Bioluminescent Spores
* Silicon
* Oxygen
* Ammonium Sulfate
* Raw Minerals As a sidenote, Glarestalk Gib can also be extracted for Perfectly Generic Items. This is a mistake, of course.
