The PS10II is a less deluxe version which was manufactured in Korea. The PS10CL essentially replaced the PS10LTD in 1996. When Stanley split with Ibanez in 1996 he bought up the remaining stock of the PS10LTD and the PS10CL. He sold these via mail order throughout the late 1990s.
