Bestowal Dialogue: 'I am a healer by trade, Elf, and have studied the behaviour of many creatures in order to further my studies. Listen to me, then, when I tell you that a great danger is breeding among the sands of the Barandalf! 'I speak of the nerbyg, vile insects that can be found now among the dunes in great numbers. If we do not so something, and quickly, I fear that the nerbyg will swarm -- and whether they swarm north or south is immaterial, for there are good people in both directions! Reward: 18s55c

  • Bestowal Dialogue: 'I am a healer by trade, Elf, and have studied the behaviour of many creatures in order to further my studies. 'Travel south-east of Tinnudir onto the sands of the Barandalf and defeat any sand-nerbyg that you find! West of the road that runs through that place, if it can even be called a road, is a small rise called the Sand-mounds; you are likely to find huge sand-nerbyg there.' Background: Uiriel is concerned about the number of nerbyg that have begun to appear throughout the Barandalf and fears that the creatures may be preparing to swarm. Objective: 1. Sand-nerbyg can be found in great numbers on the Barandalf, south-east of Tinnudir, and huge sand-nerbyg often gather at the Sand-mounds west of the road that passes through the Barandalf. Uiriel has asked you to defeat sand-nerbyg on the Barandalf before they swarm, bringing destruction in whichever direction their paths take them. 2. Uiriel is at the Ranger-camp on the island of Tinnudir, north-west of the Barandalf and west of Parth Aduial. You have defeated many of the sand-nerbyg that have been breeding on the Barandalf and should return to Uiriel with news of your victories. Reward: 18s55c
