Thinning is a term used to describe cards that are played to reduce the number of Cards in the Deck. A lot of these Cards have appeared ever since the firsts expansion and sets of the game. Most of these Cards are called also Recruiters, for they either search for same Attribute Monsters or Spells that Accelerate the number of Drawn Cards.
