During one of her visits to the West apartment, she talked with Wally about moving to Keystone City. However, she was still shocked when he actually did, with Mason Trollbridge and the Pied Piper in tow. Obviously the wife of a super-hero, Joan accompanied Wally, Mason, and Piper on their first adventure in Keystone, a battle against the Turtle's henchmen who had taken Piper's family hostage.
