The building complex was built in 1895 and served as a farm. In 1932, the southern part of the farm was sold to the Hurbanova Central Park and the farm lost its function. The eastern building was transformed into a chapel and the western building became a minor's house. In 2008 the two buildings were sold to the state of Oceana and became the State Police headquarters. In 2010 it was abolished and the buildings were sold to the Federal Police.
