  • He appeared along with Baby Kermit, Baby Piggy, and Baby Gonzo in the 1990 animated television special Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue.
  • Slimers were a species native to Eskon. The Slimers were created when a wounded Spulver worm secreted pus into the water supply of the Eskoni. Once the Eskoni digested the infected water, the Spulver DNA overwrote that of the Eskoni, thus producing the Slimers. Slimers were treated as inferior to the Eskoni and were marginalised from Eskoni society, living in camps at the edge of Baktan. (PROSE: Coldheart) File:SpeciesStub.png
  • Slime Force (Japanese: スラフォース Sura Fōsu), also known as Slimer in the English localization of Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker, Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2, and is the main skill set for Slime, and Bubble Slime.
  • Throughout the first film, Slimer appears to lack intelligence and was all about getting a good snack. It was a normally shy ghost but is not afraid to slime when cornered. In the second movie, it appears that Slimer's intelligence grew and could drive a bus. So far, in the video game and cartoon he has grown in intelligence and seems to understand basic human concepts.
  • Slimer (also known as Onionhead or Little Spud) was a ghost made up of pure Ectoplasm and the first ghost successfully captured by the Ghostbusters. Slimer is well known for his gigantic appetite and the slime he leaves behind when he passes through solid objects.
  • Slimer is the basic skill set for rank d slimes and below, an exception for Healslimes and Wild Slimes.
  • Although his origins in life are nebulous at best (referred to as a former king sometimes and as John Belushi's ghost in others), what is known is that the entity now known as Slimer is a shy glutton who haunted the Sedgewick Hotel, inhabiting the 12th floor. Generally speaking his 'outings' as it were would be non-violent in nature, although he was certainly known to slime individuals with ectoplasm. He appears to have some form of telekinesis, as he has been witnessed dragging a food cart behind him without actually being in contact with it as well as successfully operating a city bus.
  • Slimer is a flying member of the Slime family that appears only after Hard Mode has been enabled. It only spawns in areas overtaken by the Corruption, but can be found both below and above ground. This monster appears to be a purple orb with wings, and will hover sluggishly around the player's head in a fashion similar to that of a Vulture. It is relatively weak, having only 60 health in its flight form. Its wings will be destroyed when it is initially "killed".
  • Slimer is a science-fiction/horror novel by "Harry Adam Knight," a.k.a. Australian author John Brosnan, writing under a pseudonym. Brosnan also wrote the novels Carnosaur and The Fungus under this name.
