Previous to the WMIA, the Wabash National Security Administration was the sole agency to handle intelligence gathering and was the cruel hand of the 23rd and 24th governments of the Wabash. In the 2010 Wabash coup d'état the intelligence agency was essential is destroying the 24th government and installing Beaumont as the sole leader. Several former members of the WNSA have taken roles in leadership today; Louis Austin and Kyle Johnson. Its budget and employee count is considered classified but several reports that the agency runs around a private 6 billion dollar budget as well with nearly 12,000 employees and is able to write itself with a check at any time. It predecessor and the current WMIA has garnered criticism from several sources. During the nations years of isolation the National Security Agency was suspected of assisting rebels in Sharqistan, El Salvador, Nicaragua and in the 1991 tried to remove Nelson Mandela from his revolutionary role in South Africa. Several conspiracies surround the WMIA, which include that Wabash officials have intentionally tried to kill the Monarch of Sierra, and several other global leaders including Kaito Kobayakawa and Oska Stärk.
