The Vishtu command enclave was the central building of the Vishtu Sector, located on Coruscant after the Yuuzhan Vong had terraformed the planet into Yuuzhan'tar. It contained the central offices of Prefect Ash'ett, as well as other high ranking Intendants. The building was guarded by a swarbrik which, by the time the Priestess Ngaaluh came to investigate Ash'ett, was seriously ill, bleeding constantly—another failure of the World Brain.
