Jack Forsey (November 7, 1914 – January 1, 1998) was a Canadian ice hockey right wing who played 19 games in the National Hockey League for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He started out in junior with the Calgary Jimmies from 1931 to 1933. After that he played senior hockey. He won the Allan Cup in 1936 with the Kimberley Dynamiters. He then played for them as Canada's representative in the 1937 World Championship and won the gold medal.
