  • To "plane," in the jargon of the avout, is a verb meaning "to thoroughly defeat", and is used most often of formal verbal dialogues. To be planed is thus to be thoroughly defeated, and to plane another is to win the contest soundly. It is possibly derived from the idea of a geometric plane, or flat, two dimensional space; in martial combat, when one is defeated, one is generally left lying on the ground and thus forming a "plane."
  • Plane is a material tool for making furniture.
  • Bonez's plane is where most of the "Save The Pokopets!" mission occurs. It is orange, and is a cargo aircraft.
  • There is something greater than the physical world of Azeroth. It lies infinitely far away, yet also infinitesimally close. It has places of brilliant purity and the darkest chaos. Creatures of air, fire, and shadow call these places their homes; and those from Azeroth who dare to travel into these realms will find them unlike anything they have ever seen before.
  • A separate realm of existence in which deities reside and draw their power.
  • The Plane was a Pre-Alpha/unreleased vehicle mount that was scrapped.
  • A Plane, or Plane of Existence, is a realm or dimension that exists parallel to, within or outside other planes. There are eleven planes in existence. Travel between planes is typically possible through teleportation or portals. However, not all planes are accessible by all beings and some planes are only known to a few beings.
  • Each image in the Creatures series lies on an image plane. A plane is a number that represents the Z-order - how "far away" a thing is - in the 2D worlds of the Creatures series. Each sprite is placed on a plane, and the ordering of the planes determines how the sprites overlap one another, and how far 'forward' or 'backward' objects appear to be in the world. This is necessary because otherwise the game engine, being based on 2D sprites, would not know how to treat overlapping images. The planes are drawn in increasing number.
  • Planes are conceptual invisible walls surrounding a freestyle nunchaku practitioner. They are used to describe the location of the nunchaku. The ones to your sides are called walls. The one above your head is the roof. Below your feet is the floor. Simple enough so far. The plane in front of you is the face. And behind you is the back. Now, imagine a flat table top at waist height, this is called the table. The high table is a parallel plane at shoulder height. And the low table is at knee height. If the nunchaku are in your right hand, the right wall is the near wall.
  • A plane is a flat two-dimensional surface that extends infinitely into all directions. There are many different ways to represent a plane. In multivariable calculus, planes are usually represented in scalar form; that is, or In linear algebra, planes are usually represented in vector notation. This can be done in two ways. The first is to define a point on the plane and the vector normal to the plane; for example, The scalar equation of this plane will be A plane can also be defined by a point and two non-parallel vectors
  • Built by: Owner: Capacity: Top speed: Height: Materials used: First appearance: Other appearances: The Plane was only seen in "Cool Hand Ed." Edd was forced to build it to escape from school by Eddy. The plane was constructed mainly out of a locker and other junk collected around their school. The engine was a fan motor inside a trash can and was quite powerful for its size. It had a maximum speed of approximately 30 mph, much slower than most real aircraft. It should be noted that the plane was one of the few aircraft built that actually worked.
  • See also Term used to refer to levels of reality beyond those defined by different dimensions or within other universes. Planes are more esoteric, being levels of existence that differ from the standard Spatial-Temporal Reality and indeed are often perceived as non-substance based realms of spirit or dream-like existence, more in tune with essence than substance. Other planes are levels of existence that are more limited in scope, either by actual space, flow of time, or diversity in its reality. Further, their physical laws at times vary wildly from the broader reality which they are connected with.
  • A plane is the fastest method of transportation you will ever find, because there's no way you'll ever be able to fly in a rocket. Just give up your hopes and dreams, buddy, you're not tall enough. You gotta be at least two feet tall, and you can't be over twenty feet tall. That doesn't make much sense and it's not really funny, but who really cares?
