King Noogle is the king of Nug. His trusted advisor is also Yertle the Turtle. He also has a daughter, Princess Mindy and his pet Norval the Fish. He thinks he has the longest beard, but Yertle the Turtle tells him about another king called King Lindy of Lime that has an even longer beard. This resulted in a tug of war between the two kingdoms when it turns out that the beards are connected. It is soon discovered that King Noogle is actually King Lindy's long lost brother. He appeared in the Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "The King's Beard".
