The Juggernaut is a major villain in most X-Men continuities. He is the brother of Professor Charles Xavier and a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants. He originaly possesed a dormant X-Gene but used mysticism to reawaken it, making him invincible. In some continuities he joins forces with the X-Men to fight the common enemy. In recent years, he has become famous due to the online parody cartoon, "I'm the Juggernaut, Bitch!" This became so famous that the line was written into the third movie after it was already past the shooting phase.

- Horace "Breaker" Mahoney, chosen to be The Juggernaut by Cyrus Kriticos, is a major villain and character in Thir13en Ghosts. He was portrayed by John DeSantis (credited as John De Santis).
- “The Juggernaut Bitch!!” is a popular internet video created in 2005 by Randy Hayes and Xavier Nazario of My Way Entertainment In a vein similar to GI Joe PSAs, the duo made an overdub of the “X-Men Animated Series” episode entitled “Phoenix Saga Part 3: Cry of the Banshee”, relying heavily on profanity for it’s humor. The video was quickly spread to YouTube, but was removed for its offensive nature (However, it was re-uploaded, and has remained there since).
- The Juggernaut is the ghost of Horace "Breaker" Mahoney, and the twelfth ghost in the Black Zodiac.
- When the Nerathi Maegi first tried their hands at artifice, that which they made was more like a golem than a man. But they tried and slowly made their way towards true artificial sentience. But their task was cut short by the Cataclysm. How exactly it is then, that the Warforged were found in the Nerathi Waste in the years after the Cataclysm, no one knows. Perhaps the Maegi made greater advances than once thought, or maybe a demon gave the Warforged the last piece they needed. In any case, the Warforged came to not only exist, but thrive in the Waste.

They had a portion of Nerathi knowledge within them, and at one point tried to attack Benka and take control of the Storm Coast. And Magicka, the first Warforged with arcane abilities tried to destroy the Elves and Crystal Wizards in the Greenlands. The few merchants and travelers who have dealt with them say they are hostile towards all races except Tieflings, whom they obey almost unquestionably, and Humans, who they seem to be fairly neutral. But in recent years, there have been rumors of a being known as The Juggernaut. The rumors claim he is a Warforged of immense power and size, who seeks Warforged dominance over what was the Nerathi Empire. Whether or not such a being exists, or if it feels that way has yet to be determined.
