abstract	Harris Moffatt II was a President of a rump United States that was left after the arrival of the Krolp. He also served as Prime Minister of Canada His father, Harris Moffatt I, was the last President to administer from Washington, DC. Harris Moffatt II negotiated a treaty with Krolp administrator Flargar which guaranteed the continued existence of the rump U.S. along the Rocky Mountains and the Wasatch Range for fifty years. Harris Moffatt II was killed by a drunken renegade Krolp who'd been residing in the U.S. That renegade was subsequently killed by the U.S. military in West Yellowstone, Montana. Moffatt's son, Harris Moffatt III, ascended to the presidency. He was the last president and prime minister. The Krolp voided the treaty when they discovered large deposits of silver and a small deposit of gold in northeastern Utah. Harris Moffatt III elected to fight the Krolp rather than allow them have the silver and gold and have the remaining part of the US and Canada to become presumably uninhabitable, and the U.S. was finally and permanently crushed.
