- The T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents are a superhero team of spies who appear in the comic book series of the same name.
- T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents was a bimonthly comic book published by Tower Comics. It ran for 20 issues (Nov. 1965 - Nov. 1969), plus two short-lived spin-off series starring the most popular super agents (Dynamo and NoMan). To launch the project, Wally Wood huddled with scripter Len Brown (and possibly Larry Ivie) on a superhero concept Brown had described to Wood a year earlier. Brown recalled, "Wally had remembered my concept and asked me to write a 12-page origin story. I submitted a Captain Thunderbolt story in which he fought a villain named Dynamo. With a few changes by Wood and a title obviously inspired by the success of the spy-fi television series The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and the then-current James Bond film Thunderball, the series got underway. Tower Comics went out of business in 1969
- T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents was a comic book series originally published by Tower Comics in the 1960s, which might be briefly described in X Meets Y fashion as The Fantastic Four from U.N.C.L.E. The characters debuted in T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents #1 (November, 1965), created by Wally Wood. The series lasted for 20 issues, ending in November, 1969. It concerns the activities of The Higher United Nations Defence Enforcement Reserves, an international organization devoted to preserving the world from Diabolical Masterminds, Alien Invasions, and other threats too large for a single nation to handle alone.
- T.H.U.N.D.E.R. (The Higher United Nations Defense Enforcement Reserves) is a secret organization formed after World War II to fight covert threats. When UN special agents storm a Professor Emil Jenning's mountain laboratory to drive off the forces of the Warlord, they discover that Jenning has been killed and the Warlord's soldiers have stolen his inventions. But there are a few they missed, which T.H.U.N.D.E.R. takes into custody. These inventions are super weapons to combat the Warlord by providing superpowers to whoever wears them: Together they would become the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents.
