He is quite intimidating, a clean shave, makes his eyes stand out and burn into the soul of his other people Personality: Scheming, he always gets what he wants no matter what the cost. He is also very smart and charming, but he will do whatever it takes to get extra money, or to cover up his business. The deeper he gets into his operation the more afraid he gets for his family. He realizes that Marcus will surely find his way to him, and he also knows that some of his most trusted members, are beginning to become, untrustworthy. He also makes sure he's always busy, he wants to be 100% productive at all times, even when blending family business, with political business. He never meets with a client personally, he has trusted henchmen do it for him. However every morning at exactly 8:05 he has one man bring in a report, encased in a black leather folder. This way he always has an eye on his employees, and employers, and other, people that may threated his business. History: Phillip Winehouse is now 45. He was given the secretary of Treasury position at 35, and has kept it ever since. When he was 20 he began to walk in the footsteps of his father by helping to manage the family business. Usually it was his job to deal with whatever his father wanted out, usually higher members of the family that had grown too intellegent. At 25 he met his wife, fell in love and had 2 kids. He now fears for them, because his most trusted members are started to become, untrustworthy, and he knows before they try something on him, they'll test his gut by taking his famil. He hides his worries by lashing out on his highest members, who are already beginning to regret working for him. Skills: Business, and leadership. Aslo assassination by poison. Other then that he's a corrupt pilitition, husband, and father. His business usuallually is done through threats, to make sure he gets his way, if he doesn't he kills the person, and has him replaced with someone more...accepting as he says.
