We look forward to having you join {şĭşů}. {şĭşů} is a Finnish term translated into English as strength of will, determination, perseverance, and acting rationally in the face of adversity. The meaning is equivalent in English to "having guts". We are a Council-led clan. No one person at the head calling the shots, no one point of failure. All decisions will be made as quickly as possible and shared with the clan for discussion before implementation. Everything will be open and above board. No name calling, no whining, no threats of reporting, no personal verbal attacks on other players, no politics, no underhanded tactics. We will stay small with no more than 200 to 250 people at any one point. We are here to have FUN, enjoy each others company and learn from each other.
