Pico Tower is a fictional Hotel/Conference center located on Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. The T-888 Myron Stark was supposed to appear at this location on New Year's Eve, 2010, in order to assassinate Governor Mark Wyman. Instead, the terminator ended up in 1920 due to a temporal error. Upon his arrival, Stark realized he had accidentally killed the man, Will Chandler, who would eventually build the tower. With the help of a few bank robberies and a ruthless business ethic, he put deceased Will Chandler's father, Rupert Chandler out of business. He then bought the land in Pico Blvd., and built the tower himself so that his mission could go ahead. He then walled himself up within the tower and waited for the impending date.
