At 470 metres high, Mount Seifu is one of the tallest mountains in both the region of Arlus and the entirety of the Toran Republic. The temperature of the mountain is quite low, leading it to be an ideal growing place for plants that are not native to Toran. It is also home, however, to several aggressive animal species, including a large group of extremely territorial giant ants.

The area is a popular hideout of bandits and other ne’er-do-wells; during the last days of the Scarlet Moon Empire, the Mt. Seifu Bandits raided tax convoys heading towards the capital as a way of fighting back against the corruption that the Empire had lapsed into.
