However, Stark ,without his suit, does not manage to beat all the henchmen and one of them takes off with his newly built arc reactor, the Adamantium Arc Reactor which can absorb even more power than his current arc reactor. Tony battles a large amount of AIM members and finally realises the "Hellfire Group" is pulling the strings. He attacks them and manages to get the Adamantium Reactor from them. However, the Hellfire Group's psychic member, Emma Frost, controls his mind and steals his armor and adamantium arc reactor. In the final battle, Tony, who had kept a reserve of the Mark VII, battles Emma, who has, with her adamantium core, the armor and her telepathy, proves too much of a match to Tony. However, in the end, Tony discovers her weakness: She cannot effectively use the armor without her telepathy. Stark uses a device to stop her telepathy and it works. Tony took the armor back and kept Emma and the others from the Hellfire Group in prison.
