After the Czech Parliament's victory over Phillip II, they elected Konrad I to the throne. Konrad was formely the Duke of Prague, and he established the Hašek Dynasty. The Second Czech Empire ruled from Vienna and Bratislava in the South to Norimberk (Nuremburg) to the East, and Opole in the North-East. Due to the extensive spreak of Czech culture, almost the entire population was Czech.
