  • The Cybrid Sniper was essentially a Cybrid Trooper that specialised in long range combat. Snipers were dark brown with red armor details and emitted a bright cyan light from their "flashlight eye." They excelled in the use of sniper rifles and were extremely dangerous, often able to kill an enemy with a single well-placed shot. They had two levels of shielding and were moderately resilient, making up for their light armor by using a radar jammer. When the Sniper emitted a thin red laser beam, it was preparing a shot that could cause massive damage or even instant death to an unprepared foe. Particularly heavy shielding and cover could effectively negate the effects of such a shot. Cybrid Sniper tactics included standing off at long range, often in hidden nests, and taking potshots at enemies while they were busy fighting other Cybrid. Caught out in the open they were very easy to kill and were particularly weak against Force powers. They could be taken out with a single shot from most high-level sniper rifles. If their weapons overloaded, Cybrid Snipers became vulnerable in combat for a short time. Due to their elevated position and lethal talents, Cybrid Snipers made excellent targets for AI hacking.
