Vega Station was a space station commanding three nearby profitable wormhole jumps. One connected to Ola Three (which was either also called Sigma Ceta or else the jump route went to both places); another one to Toranira; and the last to Zoave Twilight, which was itself a major Nexus transit-point. The Cetagandans had a great deal of influence in the area; when Vega Station sought help building up better weaponry, they hired the Dendarii Free Mercenary Fleet to help them; the Dendarii responded by providing them with three warships.
