Gamma Sigma currently owns and operates the house at 19 Union Street in New Brunswick in the area commonly known as 'Frat Row.' This house was built in 1871 and has been occupied by the Georgian Society since 1950. The house is notable for being painted an eye-catching blue and having been featured in Weird New Jersey for its distinctive cone tree (in this case a tree filled with traffic cones) in its front yard.
