There are achievements for the first 10 centurion bosses that you destroy, rewarding 1 hero soulFile:HeroSoul.png for the first one (Omeet). As normal for Primal Bosses, you will only earn File:HeroSoul.png the first time you defeat a Centurion boss in a given Ascension.
