Tom Bissett (born March 13, 1966 in Seattle, Washington) is a retired ice hockey left winger. In the 1990–91 season, he played in 5 NHL games for the Detroit Red Wings and he did not register a point. After 1991 he played mostly in Europe. In 1998-99 he won the Hakan Loob Trophy. He retired in 2003.
