A part with high lock-on speed for fast-paced combat. The best FCS for close quarters combat. It has one of the best tracking stats in the game and an instantaneous lock. Unfortunately, its lock range is one of the lowest, and its missile lock is unusable. If you use this, you can't use missiles or rely on ranged offense at all. Still, its the best at what it does.
