The War of Confederate Independence, also known as the Second American War, was a conflict fought by the United States of America versus the Confederate States of America, composed of the southern states of the US that had declared Succession based on slavery, states rights and federal interference. The war ended in 1862 when the United Kingdom recognized the CSA, and forced the US "Union" Navy to break the blockade of the "Rebels."
