The Cypher is a Precursor artefact of unknown origins and unknown use, formerly in the hands of the Necros but now in possession of Ajax-013. The Cypher's powers are vast, but centre around the ability to generate focused particle beams, with several times the power output of Covenant Beam Rifles, exude control over the projected beams, control the effect the forces of gravity and generate small but pinpoint slip space packages. The particle accelerator can generate short ranged, crude constructs of massed, excited particles held together in a cohesive pattern, allowing him to generate constructs that can cut through shielding, armour and flesh in slashing or piercing attacks.
