Grove Manufacturing was an aerial ladder manufacturer located in Shady Grove, Pennsylvania. Grove started operations in 1947 producing farm wagons, later moving into the manufacture of cranes. In the early 1960s, the company began building aerial ladder assemblies for fire apparatus. FMC Corporation, American Fire Apparatus Company, Howe Fire Apparatus Company, Oren Roanoke Corporation, Pierce Manufacturing and Ward LaFrance Truck Corp., used Grove aerial devices, among others.

In 1973, Grove sold off its aerial ladder division to Mahlon Zimmerman, who formed Ladder Towers Incorporated to continue the production of aerial devices. Grove continued to manufacture cranes, and is now a division of Manitowoc Cranes.
