| - Qolka was a 24th century Klingon male who served as a Councillor on the Klingon High Council during the 2370s. In 2376, Qolka challenged the petition of Kurak, daughter of Haleka to lead the House of Palkar. His objections were overruled by Chancellor Martok. (KE novel: A Burning House) In 2379, Qolka was a voice against the continuing alliance between the Klingon Empire and the United Federation of Planets, coming close to accusing Starfleet of replacing Emperor Kahless with a hologram. Federation representative Alexander Rozhenko was able to convince Qolka to pledge his support for a continuing alliance. (TNG novel: A Time for War, A Time for Peace) In the later part of 2380 and into 2381, Qolka became a vocal supporter of Kopek's verbal sabotage of the High Council. Despite Qolka's political leanings, when the High Council was confronted with sensor readings of the USS Ranger sacrificing itself for the planet Khitomer against the invading Borg Collective in 2381, he pledged support in the conflict against the Borg. (ST - Destiny novel: Gods of Night) In the Star Trek Online timeline, Qolka performed an honor duel with Chancellor Martok in 2383. Qolka accused Martok of being a Starfleet puppet when the chancellor refused to eject Federation ambassadors. (ST website: The Path to 2409)
