Bill Barker is a former NASCAR driver from Greenville, PA. He competed in six Sprint Cup Series events in his career. Barker's debut came in 1952, when he competed at Morristown. Starting 24th in the field, Barker ran a respectable race and wound up finishing 20th. He was able to improve on that later in the year at Langhorne, piloting his ride into the 16th position.
