  • Details: Investors of Fidelity National Medical Supply in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, paid a total of $1.3 million to Harold Frederick Krueger, Thomas Flanagan, and Richard Condia, believing that they were investing into a legitimate company. However, they were actually taking their money and not actually buying any supplies. When the FBI learned of the fraudulent company, they planned to arrest Condia, Flanagan, and Krueger, but they vanished. Extra Notes: This case first aired on the April 8, 1992 episode. Results: Captured. Krueger was arrested in San Antonio, Texas, weeks before the story aired. Flanagan was arrested thanks to viewers tips. Both spent time in prison and have since been released.
