__NOWYSIWYG__ I would like to propose a slight change to the current User of the Month nominating procedure, which would allow the community to nominate potential users up to the second last week (or maybe even the last week) of a given month. Right now, I feel that limiting nominations to the first week of the month is insufficient. Since UotM is not typically on the forefront of community attention, I find personally that by the time I remember to nominate or even see a user that I would want to nominate, the window for doing so would be closed already. I don't think extending the nomination period would really affect the process at all, since one to two weeks is sufficient time for the community to voice whether or not they support a nomination, given that consensus over previous recipi
