Randy Miller is a student at Arlen High. His father is Eustice. He was a minor recurring character in the earlier episodes. Randy was a very awkward geeky boy who hated when people broke rules and always wanted to see the people who broke them punished. Neither Bobby, Joseph, nor Connie were very fond of him and in return he often tattled on them. Eventually he faded into the background. He returned in a later episode, "Talking Shop", in which he is bullied by Dooley. In this appearance he is noticeably taller and has a deeper scratchier voice, having gone through puberty. In seasons one to five he was voiced by writer Cheryl Holliday; in this Season 8 re-appearance, he was voiced by David Hermann.
