Darth Chosis's holocron was a holocron created by the Mirialan Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Chosis. It contained information regarding her studies of time and Force visions, as well as numerous prophecies made by Chosis herself or collected from others. Octahedral in shape, the holocron could be activated only when balanced on its point; it was inscribed with Sith glyphs and glowed white when in use. Chosis's holocron changed hands repeatedly over the following weeks, but was ultimately obtained by Breek Zagrev and given to Rin Sakaros.

It contained information regarding her studies of time and Force visions, as well as numerous prophecies made by Chosis herself or collected from others. Octahedral in shape, the holocron could be activated only when balanced on its point; it was inscribed with Sith glyphs and glowed white when in use. At some point, the Order of the Sith Lords lost Chosis's holocron, and it passed through a number of underworld owners. In 154 ABY, it came into the hand of black market antiquities dealer Synix Fer'faloon, who had also obtained SD41263.I, a holocron created by Chosis's master, Darth Ramage. Fer'faloon found himself pursued by numerous beings who wanted the holocrons, including the Jedi Order, the One Sith, and (separate from the Sith) the Mecrosa Order. Chosis's holocron changed hands repeatedly over the following weeks, but was ultimately obtained by Breek Zagrev and given to Rin Sakaros.
