This RG270B features a resoncast body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers. Components include a single locking tremolo bridge (except the 1996 model sold in Japan which has a double locking tremolo), Ibanez pickups and a locking nut. The RG250 is a similar model with pickguard-mounted pickups and chrome hardware. This RG270B was available only in Asia (including Japan) & South America and was discontinued after two years in production.
