Uthena (Brmek: وثن Ufne) is a region located in south-central Barmenia. It has an area of 160,200 km² and a population of 19,970,366 (3805 census). It is surrounded by the regions of Sisula to the west, Ikegaru to the north-west, Murdhild to the north-east, Arakhim to the east, the Majatran Sea to the south-east, and the country of Vanuku to the south-west. The capital of the region is the city of Séleuefluz.
