Strongbad e-mail is the section of the site where anyone can submit an e-mail and some are responded to with a video. The e-mail video's can be watched by selection, or pressing the "Go Rando" button in the top right corner with select one randomly. Strongbad will answer E-mail as humorously as he can, and he will also do it as crudely as he can. Often called sbmails (pronounce sbeemails), his favorite ways fo answering are short and to the point, answer, but total crap and we all know he's lying, or getting way off track. Strongbad exxagerates a lot and get's carried away (ie: when describing the perfect candy bar it had little bowls of crisped rice on it and licorice coated marshmallows, and pepperoni).
